擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)液壓(ya)缸(gang)是輸出扭矩并實現往復運(yun)動(dong)(dong)的執(zhi)行元件(jian),有單(dan)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、雙葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)、螺旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)等幾種形式(shi)(shi)。葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)式(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi):定(ding)(ding)子(zi)塊固定(ding)(ding)在缸(gang)體上,而(er)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)和(he)轉子(zi)連(lian)接在一起。根(gen)據進油方(fang)向,葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)轉子(zi)作往復擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)。螺旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)又(you)分(fen)單(dan)螺旋擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)和(he)雙螺旋兩種,現在雙螺旋比較常用(yong),靠兩個螺旋副降液壓(ya)缸(gang)內活塞(sai)的直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)轉變為(wei)直(zhi)線(xian)(xian)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)與自轉運(yun)動(dong)(dong)的復he運(yun)動(dong)(dong),從而(er)實現擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)。





(3)液壓(ya)系統控(kong)制壓(ya)力(li)太低。控(kong)制管(guan)路中節流阻力(li)可(ke)能過大(da),流量閥調節不當,控(kong)制壓(ya)力(li)不合適,壓(ya)力(li)源受到干擾。此時應檢查控(kong)制壓(ya)力(li)源,保證壓(ya)力(li)調節到系統的(de)規定(ding)值。
(4)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)進入空氣。主(zhu)要是因為系(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)有泄(xie)漏發生。此時應檢查液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)油(you)箱(xiang)的(de)液(ye)(ye)位,液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)泵(beng)吸油(you)側的(de)密封件和管(guan)接頭,吸油(you)粗(cu)濾(lv)器是否太臟。若如此,應補充液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)油(you),處理密封及管(guan)接頭,清(qing)洗(xi)或(huo)更換粗(cu)濾(lv)芯。
4.液壓缸缸體內孔表面劃(hua)傷(shang)的(de)不良(liang)后(hou)果(guo)及(ji)快速修復方(fang)法:① 劃(hua)傷(shang)溝槽擠出(chu)的(de)材(cai)料屑沫會(hui)嵌入密(mi)封(feng)件(jian),運行(xing)時在損壞密(mi)封(feng)件(jian)工(gong)作部(bu)位的(de)同時,可能造成新的(de)劃(hua)傷(shang)區域(yu)痕路。
② 惡化缸筒內壁(bi)的表面粗糙度(du),增大摩擦力,易產生爬行現象。
③ 加(jia)重液壓缸的內泄漏,使液壓缸工作(zuo)效率降(jiang)低。引(yin)起缸體內孔表面(mian)劃(hua)傷的主(zhu)要原(yuan)因如下。
